WHY? external image question_mark%20(WinCE).jpg

This book deserves to be a college bound book because for one it earned the Nobel Prize in literature, it also uses very well grammer and detailing, also some of the things he would say would really make you think.

EXAMPLE:

"I said that people never change their lives, that in any case one life was as good as another and that I wasn’t dissatisfied with mine here at all."

This quote was in Chapter 5, page 41. The part said, “one life was as good as another” shows that even if things can change, somones life always stays the same. It also states that one persons life is equal to anothers. I really liked this quote from the book, it really made you think.

READ IT! external image animatedbookLG.gif

I would definately recommend you to read this book. It is a hard read, but if you are looking for a challenge, than just try this book. Yes, it does start a little slow, but that changes after the next couple pages, trust me it is worth it. It is a good story and a very good lesson to learn from.

The Stranger, it doesn't give a movie of the whole book, but it is a quick summary

and helps you understand the book better if you have trouble reading it.
